I have successfully coached high performing executives who are on the leadership track; helped individuals redirect or ignite their careers and assisted emerging leaders to master various workplace challenges.
The most exciting roles of my diverse career have been the development of a specialist accreditation program for lawyers as well as later, as CEO, driving the growth of an Australian law firm.
As a consultant, I developed programs for major corporations and consulted to not for profit organisations and boards.

Coaching
I am a career coach for lawyers. My expertise is in delivering thoughtful and personalised coaching to help lawyers through the critical stages of their careers to drive high performance and success.
I provide practice owners with ongoing advice to manage their firm pragmatically and profitably; to align their actions with their vision; to identify the best clients and areas of work; to develop systems to support their strategy and most importantly how to develop their people.
Training
I design training programs to provide high quality professional development for legal practitioners. The programs are based on the best research available, combined with my extensive experience in legal practice, education, and practice management. Through both research and experience, I’ve learned about the specific needs of those in the legal workplace and can offer strategies, guidance and support in leadership roles in law.
